Course Cirriculum :





Abhyaas or Practice

  • Concepts of Yoga - As per Yogic scriptures the practice of Yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness. Learn the art of 'self-realization' by living in perfect harmony between the Mind and Body, Man and Nature. 

  • Streams of Yoga - Learn the Four Paths of Yoga. Raja Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Karma Yoga. Each is suited to a different temperament or approach of life.

  • Pancha Kosha Viveka - Pancha Koshas or the five sheaths, hide within their folds the process of unveiling the Atman. The pancha koshas (five sheaths) provide us with a road map for better understanding of our psychological and spiritual development.

  • Vedas and Upanishads - Learn the four Vedic Samhitis (texts) and Upanishads which are regarded as a part of Vedas. They primarily discuss philosophy, meditation and the nature of God and form the core spiritual thought of Vedantic Hinduism. 

  • Cultural history of India - India's culture is among the world's oldest; civilization which began about 4500yrs ago. Broaden your knowledge about India's rich culture. "Sa Prathama Sanskrati Vishvavara" - the first and the supreme culture in the world. 

  • Basic Anatomy & Physiology - Learn Anatomy which is the study of the structure of the body and Physiology which is the study of function of body parts and the body as a whole to get a better understanding of how different yogic practices affect our body both internally and externally. 

  • Hatha YogaHatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar and Power yoga classes are all Hatha Yoga

  • Importance concepts of Patanjali Yoga ( Raja Yoga) - Now take your yogic teachngs off your mat by incorporating Patanjali's Yoga Sutras/aphorisms, the Eight fold path, which is a perfect prescription to lead a moral, ethical and self-displicined life. 

  • Importance of Breath & Breathing Techniques - Learn the art of breathing right and experience how your body reacts positively when you take deep and slow breaths. Learn to calm your body and mind using breath. 

  • Life & Message of spiritual masters - Educate and get motivated through powerful messages from great spiritual Yoga Gurus like Swami Vivekananda and many others to inspire and stoke the fire of spirituality within. 


  • Suryanamaskar (3) - Learn the traditional 12 step Sun salutations, a total body workout that forms an incredible link between warming-up poses and the intense yoga asanas.

  • Asanas (50) - Learn to practice mindfully the yoga postures in a relaxed way. Saint Patanjali defines Asana as 'Sthiram Sukham Asanam' meaning a posture should be steady and comfortable.

  • Pranayama (10) - Pranayama is 'the art of breathing'. Practice controlling the breath, which is the source of our Prana - the vital force. 

  • Meditation ( 3) - Meditation is the mindful cessation of thoughts, helping us to understand our own mind. Learn to transform the mind from 'negative to positive', from 'distrubed to peaceful' making your mind calmer and more focussed. 

  • Mudras  (10) - Mudras means 'seal' or 'gesture' often practiced with hands and fingers. Explore Mudras step by step facilitating the flow of energy in the subtle body and enhancing one's journey within. 

  • Kriyas (5) - Kriyas are the internal Yogic cleansing techniques for ultimate purification that initiates a sequence of physical and mental changes that affect the body, mind and spirit simultaneously.

  • Bhajans (10) - Bhajans are also called devotional songs. They play a great role in soothing the mind and remove stagnations/blockages at emotional level, mental level of one's existence.
